From focusing on quality ingredients to serving our food to you in a warm and welcoming environment, Panera Bread is committed to being an ally to our guests. That means crafting a menu of soups, salads and sandwiches that we are proud to feed our families. You don’t have to compromise to eat well. Whether you want to come in and enjoy a coffee and our complimentary Wi-Fi, or order online using Rapid Pick-Up so you can grab something quickly, Panera Bread Toledo is here with warmth and welcome. Panera Bread. Food as it should be.
If you like ordering food and having everything be wrong, every single time, this is the place for you! Highly recommend not ordering from this location. The past 3 or 4 orders have been wrong and today they just plain didn't put meat on a $9 sandwich. Make the drive to a different location!

Awful service and my sandwich bread was so burnt I couldn't eat it. I would have gave zero stars if I could. Don't waste your money here.

I stopped by this Panera Bread on Central Ave Tuesday night right at closing time. I was greeted by Eva, who offered excellent customer service with a warm smile. Even though her colleagues were busy, she went out of her way to help me and personally made my sandwich.
As an airline pilot who travels all over the country, I can honestly say Eva is one of the best team members I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you, Eva, for your outstanding service!

horrible attitudes and everyone looks busy but isn't actually doing anything. as I waited close to 15 minutes for coffee (cuz reading a receipt for a catering order is hard to do with 17493 people working) a line formed and MULTIPLE employees looked at the line and turned back around. horrible management, will not be fulfilling any orders (especially catering) with panera
also a 7:30 pick up time means just that....not give half the order, argue with the customer, avoid apology and consider it a job well done when the customer has finally received their order at 10 to 8.
leaving a ZERO star rating should be an option
