Appreciation to the Manager on 10/11/25 who was patient with me when a delivery was an issue. It’s so nice to have someone listen and help you!!!
Was running very late last night and got there 10 minutes before closing. The excellent staff still made me my order and were very pleasant. As always, the brocoli cheddar soup, bread, and turkey sandwich were all delicious~
Ordered $40 worth of food at the drive thru. My receipt with my name and order was on the bag which was signed as checked and taping the bag closed. I got home and had the wrong food. 2 cups of soup and a bagel and cookie. Not the 2 sandwiches, soup and mac and cheese I ordered for my family dinner. I called the store and was put on hold for 15 minutes, finally I hung up. Called back and talked to a manager. She said she apologized. She said "Next time you come back, tell them Ms Williams said they can give you a bowl of soup on me!" So I didn't have my dinner, im out $40, but i get the promise of a free bowl of soup?? I asked for a refund, to which she said, she could not. She claimed "panera system won't let me give you a refund." She kept telling me to come back to the store. So I didn't get my dinner, and in order to get a refund, I have to be inconvenienced again instead of feeding my family?? Rediculous. I'll be deleting the app and my account--- I'll go somewhere they don't knowingly rip me off and waste my time.

Order ahead & skip the line...
What a joke. I ordered ahead for 1:40 and it's currently 2. No food :( I had time to make this review after sitting in my car for 10 minutes, after showing up late. My food has been "prepping" since I arrived. Definitely will avoid this Panera in the future. Would not recommend going here, if you value your time. Otherwise have at it!

Went there for lunch to order soup. They were out of every one of them except the broccoli and cheese. Tried to order a sandwich but no bacon or avocado. So , I ordered a salad, which was not want I wanted.
Stood there for 25 mins to get the order. All pick up drivers around the counter which was coming in after me.
Told the manager that walk in customers should be serviced first since we made the time to come in. Manager said that she was aware. I told her being aware and doing something about it was totally different and needed to fix the problem. Others were at tables waiting for their food. All the drivers were shoving their phones in employees face while they were getting orders ready. Went outside to leave, all the uber eats drivers were a the curb. No one could get around them and no one could back up. Walked back inside the store, told them they needed to move their cars so we could get in and out. No one moved while the manager, just looked at me. Told them again! One said after we get our food. Told the manager again that this was a problem and they should have to park like us regular customers. Had to wait another 5 mins to get out of the parking spot. Wont be going back there again even if they did have the food that is advertised!!
