Went in to this restaurant and I have never felt so disrespected and belittled kaylee was so rude and nasty I will never go to this panera bread after the experience

I used a gift card to enjoy a 2fer:
one half of a hot chicken & bacon sandwich, a small bowl of broccoli & cheddar soup.
If you are not a fan of toasted bread, you can ask that your hot sandwich be'lightly toasted''.
Both the hot sandwich & soup were delicious.

Today Sunday 08/31/25 Unfortunately, my breath was not very happy. Very disappointing with the customer service. The cashier that you guys see in that picture. She was very rude. That was very nice with her and confirm my breakfast order. She decided to walk away from the cash register, and never Coming back. I saw another coworker with the manager and I had to talk to finish my order because she walk away. That was very rude. I did not do respect, and I believe this cashier quality as a customer. Service is not appropriate Panera bread They need to show more trainer and be profession. I know this is not a five star restaurant, but you know it’s very disappointed that you asked your cashier to repeat the order to make sure everything is OK. So they don’t loose food That’s the way I feel but very disappointed that she walk away. And I say anything on it. I guess she didn’t like it when I asked her to repeat the order, and she was building my order for the second time Wrong . And I want to measure that everything was going OK. Unfortunately, the manager finished to process my order and I told her that she needs to talk to employee because that is not the way it is to walk away, and just leave the customer on the cash Register wait to get paid for my order. Very frustrating But the best to do is do not go back there. The manager only say I apologize. I will take care. You know, nothing else and walk away.
