- EHEmily HeinOct 4, 20251.0As a Panera regular and sip club member, I have not been more disappointed in what my family and I just experienced. Our order contained very simple things that were not in the bag after received and modified items that were not there. We called the “manager” to explain our issue’s and her immediate response was well “I made some of those things so no it’s there” ma’am no. For example, no mozzarella (that’s an obvious substitute on a sandwich) , none of our soups were put in the large bag, the sandwiches also having very little meat on them etc… She refunded the items but it felt like an argument and unprofessional. We will now always go to our home Panera down the road on 60 and not this location. Too many mess ups.

- GBGoran BazicSep 22, 20251.0Very dirty place. It’s a shame for Panera to come down to this. Restrooms are super dirty. We are here 10 am and the floor is super dirty meaning no one is cleaning the place at the end of night shift.
