- JRJ Ruggiero4 days ago1.0Never coming back again. The gas-station quality coffee dispensers you put in are an absolute joke. And these exact same machines actually ARE in gas stations. The coffee isn't real brewed coffee--it comes out foamy--and it's too strong. Why bother offering hazlenut when it all tastes like the same over-concentrated syrup? I thought the whole point of Panera Bread was to make it easier for people to eat/work/use the WiFI--instead, I think I'd rather stay at home and have a real cup of coffee. You also don't seem to want to hand out ceramic mugs anymore. So, you're right on your way to being the next cafeteria. You took something simple (just fill up a carafe --how much does that cost you?) and replaced it with something that downgrades significantly. Your food is already mediocre, so never coming back again. You took away the one thing that would make me spend a few dollars here on a coffee and a muffin.

- NMNorah MJul 24, 20254.0This the slowest Panera within a 3 hour drive Always a 10 minute wait for my empty coffee cup in the morning. There's often nobody behind the pick-up counter. Today I ordered at the kiosk in an empty restaurant, then waited at the empty counter for a few minutes & then told the guy at the register i ordered coffee but nobody was at the counter. I had to play 21 questions (including 4 rounds of 'Whats your name?') before he would give me my coffee cup. Night employees seem to have more awareness In comparison to Concord Panera, there's a lot of room for improvement. Concord always has several people behind the counter & they will usually streamline drink-only orders.
