  they're just not very detail oriented. the food is overpriced but at least its pretty tasty, but every time i order from here there is something wrong with my order. they never get the sides right, forget drinks often, or forget entire sides - every time. its really bad and inconsistent. when i think to myself "i want panera", i talk myself out of it because this is the only location and its really bad

  The positives: Great service, tasty food. The negative: The floors were filthy. Food under tables that had clearly been left there for a while. I’m not sure why carpets would be used in a food establishment.

  Went today usually its good, but the inside is closed for renovations and they wont take walkups to the speaker to order it only takes mobile orders. Which is okay in theory but i didnt havr my phone on me

  Very disappointed. We had delivery to the hospital. The French onion soup came with no bread, no cheese and is not great tasting. There were 3 breads just thrown in the bag with no butter or knife. When we called they stated that head office told them no more butter or knives with orders. This food is not worth the price.
