- SSSatyajit Sriram6 days ago1.0My fault to assume on a cold morning they’d give you a bagel that’s not cold! Got a cold untoasted bagel that was not fun to eat one bit. So specifically ask them to toast/ heat it if you don’t want it cold

Both certainly deserve recognition for handling the lunch rush with such composure (at least externally 🙂)

Not acceptable at all this, since I ordered over 30 minutes ahead online, informed the counter that I was there early. Over 10 minutes late caused me to be behind schedule!

He treated us with so much respect and said “ I got you “. Nelson , I wish there were more managers like you. Panera, PROMOTE HIM !!
