  Literally can't get an order correct, panera has gone significantly downhill in both customer service and quality, seriously just go to a hospital cafeteria they serve the same garbage and atleast the staff wont rudely tell you go to the app whenever there's a problem that THEY caused.

  I order SouthWest Chicken salad online. Requested no tomatoes, extra corn, onions. I pick up the salad, arrived home. The salad had tomatoes, no extra corn or onions. No avocado and maybe two piece of chickens. I'm allergic to tomatoes. Very upset the salad was poorly made. I was not able to return since I leave 15 minutes from the place. Very upset and disappointed. $12 wasted since I was not able to eat the salad since it had tomatoes.

  Need to hire more people to assist the people coming into the restaurant. Don't run out of popular dishes that people like.

  This happened to me twice. At 10914 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705 this morning 8/23/2025 I was specifically mentioning what I don't want on my pick-up order (because of health reasons ) while placing my order with the lady on the register and found out she haven't indicate that on the order and they fixed my food in the way that I can't eat it. There was No line and no pressure but she still got my order wrong .

  Was craving a good salad & sandwich. Got here pretty empty, staff wasn't to aware of incoming customers. Waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come over to take my order. Waiting wasn't long, brought 2 Fuji Apple Chicken Salads and a half sandwich. Got all the way home....was Soooooo disappointed no dressing. That's what makes the Salad. Smh😠😠😠
