I went to the drive thru and order a green tea and an avocado toast...when the food was presented it was wrong so I went inside to advised the order was incorrect. The rude drive thru cashier who took the order states what's wrong now 😒...I advised it was the wrong order and she replied well I ask you twice....strike one...she wave her hand in a shooing motion well I can't take that back and the store manger at the time refund the money...the order was replaced correctly and my name was called and I asked the drive thru order taker her name and she replied "why"...I said because it is your job as a customer service representative to provide your name when asked..she said Kate...I left and when I saw the presentation of how the food was made I return and ask for a refund for that as well..I was so mad I called the store to request to speak with the general manger and was told by the same girl manager the is on vacation...I asked for the name of whom I'm speaking too..now she said her name is Michelle...so Kate change to Michelle I will never go back to this location as long as this rude ssa order taker is there...

I don’t know who is running this place, but they need to make a change. I ordered something they were out of. That happens sometimes. But, why wouldn’t you tell me before I get all the way to the drive thru window?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera location. Part of my order—a half sandwich—was missing, and when I asked for help, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she rolled her eyes, snapped at me, and showed clear frustration. When I asked if she could check outside where my family was waiting with the food, she refused and told me I’d have to bring the bag to her. The eye-rolling and huffing continued, and when I pointed out that she was being rude, she didn’t seem to care. I ended up leaving without resolving the issue. I’d rather go without a meal than be treated that way. Very disappointing—do better, Panera. I won’t be back to this location.

Poor attitude by the people taking your order, couldn’t be more uninterested. Too bad that’s a reflection of the management that the people at the register greeting customers especially loyal Panera bread customers can’t be greeted and treated with professionalism and appreciation. I have to consider going someplace else. Next time I wanna spend $100 for a business breakfast.
