  This will be my go to mobile groomer. They are quick and affordable. They actually came early which worked out perfect for me. They parked right in front of my apartment and got the job done.

  Took my dog here on Saturday November 25, 2023 to be bathed and groomed, since their mobile grooming was not available today as they stated on the phone the vehicle was being repaired. There are a few things they need to work on. First: Customer service needs a little bit of improvement. Staff on the phone seemed fine, but in-store they seemed rather rude, which customer service should be the same whether on the phone or in-store. Second: Sanitization and Cleanliness of the business area needs improvement. The shop when I first dropped my dog off had a slight smell of dog feces. When I picked my dog up the smell was very pungent and strong, which made me sick to my stomach. Third: Animals being groomed should be treated with respect. My dog when they brought her out to me was doing her dad get me out of here routine, which indicates something the groomers did made her afraid. My dog does not get afraid easily and so the fact she was pulling me towards the doors indicates she does not feel comfortable at this groomer. I will not be recommending this groomer or returning to this groomer, since it's clear they do not understand the fundamentals of dog grooming, nor do they have the necessary experience to control misbehaving dogs. No other groomer I've gone to in the area has a sign posted that states they will put a muzzle on your dog to avoid getting bit, but charge you for that as well, since that should be included in the fee your paying for grooming services already when your being charged $60 for a small dog to be groomed. I am against the use of muzzles, as with some breeds muzzles make the dog angrier and I view muzzles as being cruel to dogs.

  Took my dog in for a grooming at 10 am. Was told it would be 3 hours. Ok no problem. 5 hours later and still not done. Whent to pick up my dog after 5 hours and still no grooming. They still charged me 35 dollars to get My dog. Will not recommend, horrible experience.

  My dog George and my poodle golden doodle. Grace was done very great. I will recommend them anytime. They come to your door or into their office and very respectable. People are very reliable and they go out of their way to do. Whatever you ask, you know, they are very good people. And I love the way they do my dogs. I take my dogs every 2 weeks.
