Excellent dog grooming establishment. I took my toy breed there first time.
He came out beautiful and true to breed. Very clean place, I've toured inside and owner Jili is quite the professional. Her receptionist, Carolyn, is equally professional.
Top notch 👌 👏 👍
I wouldn't go anywhere else and i'm particular.

Just as you do in Verona, your service is great! It's very comforting that you have a vet next door. All the best with your new shop.
Frequently Asked Questions About Pamper Your Pet II
Why is my pet scared of grooming?
Dogs and cats are scared of grooming because they don’t like being separated from their parents. They may shake while you are there but usually stop after you leave. At Pamper Your Pet II, we do our best to make them feel safe and loved. However, they are known to feed off of their owners’ emotions. That’s why we recommend showing confidence during drop-off and not hovering.
How long does it take?
Most grooms can be completed within four hours. However, this depends on:
Cooperation and temperament
Condition of coat
Breed and size
Type of haircut
Will my pet be sedated?
No. We do not sedate dogs or cats. We try to get the groom done with love and patience only.
Can I stay during the grooming?
Sorry but no. You are the love of your pet's life and seeing you will set them off into a frenzy. This can be especially dangerous while grooming them, as we use sharp tools like scissors and clipper blades. Most pets are more stressed when the owner stays.
Why do you insist on shaving my pet?
The only time we’ll insist on shaving your pet is when de-matting them becomes painful or too stressful. Remember: humanity before vanity.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
No. However, we can make same-day appointments (if we have space available). For same-day appointments, you must understand that pets with an appointment have priority, so your pet may be in our salon for an extended period of time.
How do I keep shedding to a minimum?
Regular brushing is healthy for follicle and skin care and will help get rid of the old dead undercoat, minimizing shedding.
How do I prepare my dog for their first bath?
To prepare your pet for their first bath, you can work on getting them to trust you in general. To do so, lay them down belly-up and gently touch their paws and ears, open their mouth, etc. Animals need to learn to be touched all over to be able to withstand grooming. Give your pet grooming tools to sniff and become comfortable with. Also, you can run bath water and let them become accustomed to being around running water. Finally, you can slowly acclimate them to the feel of a blow dryer. We recommend using treats as positive reinforcement and remaining positive throughout the experience.
How do you soothe a pet's anxiety at the groomer?
We create a relaxed environment by nurturing and loving our canine clients. This helps reduce squirming and fussing.
Is it okay to bathe my pet on a regular basis?
You can bathe your pet as often as you like, so long as you use the right shampoo. Using the wrong shampoo can dry out their skin, causing more issues. Pamper Your Pet II can advise you on the appropriate shampoo for the dog or cat.
