  They shaved my dog almost bald when we asked for a trim and she was traumatized for a month after that. Could barely go to the bathroom because they shaved aggressively in that area. Horrible place.

  I love pamper your pet! They do a wonderful job with my little Pom- he had alopecia and lost all his hair for a year because a diff place shaved him- a nono for poms that I was unaware of at the time. They are terrific here, and he hasn't had any hair problems since he's been a customer:)
