  I am a recent tenant at the Palms of Kilani Apartments. I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation to the Resident Manager, Danielle Quadra. From my first inquiry of vacancy, the application process, the notification that we qualified and then approved, to the actual move in process and now living here for approximately one month have all been without additional stress. Danielle's attention to detail, prompt email responses and dedication to resolving my housing issues have truly impressed me. Her level of professionalism and care during our interactions made me feel assured that my complicated demands to move during an extremely small window of opportunity were not insurmountable so this relieved a tremendous amount of stress and logistics. Her expertise and customer-centric approach made a significant impact on my view of this property. In addition to this, now that I am a tenant, I can see from the property emails that she is a highly capable manager who works hard to provide a safe and clean environment to all of the tenants. When tenants are happy with where they live, you can see and feel the energy with the way they interact. I can tell Danielle has a commitment to excellence and sets a high standard for all tenants. From what I have observed in my short time, she is very well respected because she is firm but fair and has worked hard to improve the property during her tenure here. I applaud Danielle and all that she does for the Palms of Kilani Apartments because it is only through the efforts of individuals like her that it fosters positive experiences for all tenants. PS My apartment is great, it looks to have been recently painted, has new hardwood floors, fairly new appliances and for sure just renovated bathroom. The building was built in the mid-70's, so I feel like it's roomier than more recent construction.

  Exceptional Service from Danielle! I can’t say enough great things about Danielle, our leasing agent at Palms of Kilani. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. Moving can be such a stressful experience, but Danielle made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She walked us through every step, answered all of our questions quickly and clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. Her communication was prompt, her attitude was always positive, and her dedication to helping us get settled was truly appreciated. Thanks to Danielle, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a seamless transition. She’s a true asset to the team at Palms of Kilani, and we’re so grateful for all her help!

  This was one of the most disappointing places we have lived in our military journey. The building itself was extremely dirty. The elevator is covered in boogers, dog pee and trash and the staircase wreaked of pee. Our apartment always smelled like pot. Neighbors constantly screaming at each other, waking us up in the middle of the night. People always taking our assigned parking spot. The children always going after the chickens and their chicks, hearing the chickens screaming broke my heart. With all of that being said the best part of living here is the manager Danielle. She is extremely kind, always taking care of problems to the extent she could. Every single interaction with her was positive and heartwarming. For how much she has on her plate she does everything in her power to take care of any issues that occur and also has amazing communication and is extremely helpful.

  I’m extremely grateful for the professionalism of the leasing manager Danielle and her entire team. The response time is exceptional, the communication is easy. From start to finish everything has been clear and on point. The grounds are well maintained and Danielle runs a tight ship, maintenance is on top of every request, the free pest service is amazing and keeps things clear as opposed to living in Honolulu. Thank you Danielle, our first year here at Palms of Kilani has been above expectations!
