Palma in Phoenix is an absolute gem! The service is top-notch, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The vibe is effortlessly cool with a fun, laid-back atmosphere that makes it perfect for both a night out with friends or a chill dinner date. And the food? Incredible! Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It’s one of those places you immediately want to come back to. Highly recommend!

Food was great but being looked at up and down when we walked in and being sat near the bathroom while surrounded by empty tables was something else. Two young ladies up front gave hostile energy and one of them whispered to the other on where to sit us and then the other girl walked us to the furthest table near the bathroom. I asked if we could be sat somewhere else and she said she would check but they are reserved and she never came back. Our server was the one that moved us, I have back problems and the fact they sat us at a table with wobbly and uncomfortable chairs I was displeased. This was our anniversary night and first time visiting the restaurant. Plus during the remainder of our dinner, majority of those empty tables remained empty. Clearly ethics needs to be taught more, no one wants to feel that energy while entering a new restaurant they've been wanting to try.

Place is really chill and has a good vibe. Food was good but it is kinda pricey for what you’re getting. I know it’s in DTPHX and you kinda pay for the atmosphere of it all, but the ratio from money to food is a tad bit off especially when it came to the big appetizer platter. Anywho we had a great experience and this place def needs to be hit up.

My husband and I were in a rush because we are in town from NY and we have a packed itinerary so we opted to sit at the bar. As soon as we sat we were greeted by Stormi Sky, her hospitality and vibrant personality made such a short encounter worth it. When she had to step away from the bar we then were ask how we were doing by Brook again such a pleasant personality. Lastly the food was so good we had an amazing breakfast sandwich 10/10. My husbands favorite was the hashbrown balls. And the drinks! Lychee lowdown and prickly pear margaritas are a must! Definitely will be back before our trip ends.

The food is decent but we did wait a bit for it. Although we enjoyed the food, my main problem with this place is the staff and atmosphere. First of all, the music is so incredibly loud, our group could barely hear each other even though we were already speaking up. Additionally, it was HORRIBLE. It was a mix of already annoying trendy songs with a sloppy techno remix. If you're going to play unbearable music at least lower the volume enough to be able to hear the person directly in front of me. Now as for the staff, the service was definitely lacking, not horrible. Our server was extremely awkward and made us feel uncomfortable, and two separate staff members who walked past us were gossiping quite loud. Possibly about another customer, because it was something related to a food order. The place also felt very generic, like a reality tv set. It's almost garnered towards an influencer type vibe. The place isn't completely horrible though, it was still clean and the food was still decent but I don't really recommend. I'd only go back if I was starving and it was the only restaurant nearby.
