  Kyle was very professional and friendly our freezer stopped working and all I had to do was call. He immediately came and got it running again. Very happy with the experience.

  Please include this review with Penny's file. She deserves more than a 5Star rating since she always responds to issues in a timely manner with an extremely positive and courteous manner. You should have 5 more of her to work at Palm Grove. Her work is impeccable and she is very efficient! I most certainly give her a 5Star rating with pleasure!!!! Diane Thomas

  Since moving into our apartment in May, we have had nothing but great experiences. Mike in maintenance was the highlight of our move in, making sure our unit was ready to go, and fixing any issues with haste. I’m a strong believer that even if things aren’t pristine, they can always be solved with productive solutions + good hospitality. That being said, Mike is an incredible asset to this community. I’m happy to say that after a few months he’s gotten some help! The new additions to the team, Penny + Kyle are both rockstars as well. Kyle has since done numerous maintenance requests for us and is always kind, quick, and informative. We love the maintenance team here. They’re on point with pest control too! It’s Florida, there’s going to be bugs. Nothing can change that. We’re told to report when we see one, and they send pest control out immediately. So far, each concern has been addressed quickly and professionally. It’s so nice to have that peace of mind. The leasing agents in the office have been nothing short of incredible! Response time is good for a community this big, and they’re always making sure residents are happy. We love the monthly events they have as well. For the price, these apartments are most certainly “luxury” in our eyes. A resort style pool that gets perfect sun, a gym that is cleaned regularly + has everything I need, and a 24 hour coffee bar? We feel like we’re on vacation sometimes. Parking is spacious, trash valet is a huge perk, and their business center is elite. We’re thankful we found a community in this area that we can afford, while being so upscale. We know that nothing is “perfect,” but what’s important to us is that issues get addressed quickly and efficiently when brought to light. We will definitely be renewing our lease. THANK YOU to the entire team at Palm Grove for making our transition from camper life to apartment life so enjoyable. We’re lucky to have found you!

  I have lived at Palm Grove for almost two years now, and I can confidently say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From day one, the staff has been attentive, caring, and incredibly responsive. Any concerns I've had have been addressed efficiently and quickly, and that has made all the difference in my experience. The community is safe, and the staff are welcoming and kind. The amenities are clean and well-maintained. They have so many fun activities. The maintenance crew is timely, professional, and efficient. I've known Mike from our maintenance team since I moved in, and he's consistently gone above and beyond. He’s especially kind and helpful to my grandmother, always treating her with patience and respect whenever she needs assistance. The newer additions to the team, Penny and Kyle, have also been wonderful, friendly, and just as reliable. The office staff, Latoya and Angelina, are amazing. They’re always cheerful, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to help residents feel at home.
