  I’ve lived here for a year and I’ve had a great experience. The community is always clean and well-maintained. The office staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The management team also does fun resident events that really help bring the community together, which I appreciate. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and always goes the extra mile. A big thank you to Jose when I accidentally threw my keys on top of my apartment roof, he brought out a ladder and helped me get them down. That kind of above-and-beyond service really shows how much the staff care about residents. Highly recommend this community!

  My husband and I have lived here for about a year now and we love it. The maintenance team and the staff are great! They are so fast in fulfilling service orders and are just so friendly! It’s a nice, peaceful neighborhood with lots of great amenities! We would totally recommend living here! We love it!

  I lived in this complex for almost a year, and the people are the ones I miss the most. Their office personnel is fantastic always ready to assist you. Their maintenance team is exceptional, and you can count on them even on weekends. If you planning a move, I would give them a check.

  My partner and I lived at this complex for 4 and 6 years respectively, so we both dealt with numerous other management companies and the current team, specifically Gigi, is by far the best. They made immediate improvements to the property and truly listen to resident feedback. The maintenance team has always been very responsive and helpful when issue arose. The new updated apartments and coming grounds updates will truly take this complex to the next level. Overall, it'll be tough to find a nicer team and complex so close to downtown Winter Garden. The residents are all super friendly and care about each other's well-being. We truly enjoyed our time living at Palm Crossing!

  I’ve been living in this apartment complex since 2023, and I absolutely love it here! From day one, it has felt like home. The maintenance team is always quick, reliable, and keeps everything in great condition. My apartment is always clean, well-maintained, and I’ve never had any issues with pests or critters, which is a huge plus! The community is also amazing. My neighbors are kind and respectful, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. A special shoutout to Gigi and Jessenia, they’re truly the best! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and that residents feel cared for. Their attention to detail and kindness make a big difference. I’m really happy living here and couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!
