We were greeted by a very friendly female employee who continued to take care of us for the duration of our visit. She was taking trash and topping off drinks as if it were a full service restaurant, and when she wasn't doing that she was working around the restaurant. It was very clean and our food was fantastic. We ordered a meat lover's stromboli and bacon cheese fries, both of which were fresh, delicious, and were not lacking toppings/fillings. Highly recommend and we will be returning!

Disappointing, yes, but what happened next is what truly sets Piason’s apart. The owner personally called later and even left a voicemail apologizing for the oversight, asking me to reach back out so she could make it right. Today, when I finally called, she wasn’t in, but the lovely lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been kinder. She listened, asked what my original order was, and immediately offered to remake it and have it delivered. The replacement pizza just arrived, piping hot and absolutely delicious. I wish I had caught the names of who helped, but I want to give a big shout-out to the entire team for standing behind their food and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
