Black tall unfriendly looking man stares in my face looking mean and crazy and says nothing, clearly expecting me to greet him. So I say HELLO I tell him my name and that I’m picking up my order. He says why did u order. He gets it and just hands it to me and says nothing. One thing I can’t stand is poor customer service when I’m spending my money. I know better to stick with the Alexandria and MD locations.
