- BCbecca cApr 22, 20231.0This is the worst music store i have ever been to. My daughter, R, decided to start viola for her school orchestra and he gave us a stand that was open and broken. Afterwards, he gave us a viola that couldn’t be tuned and the bow broke before she even touched it, when we brought up the problem to him he was ignorant and said that he wouldn’t buy good quality instruments for the kids because he knew that they would give up fast, then continued to say that R was a perfect example of it because we had to give back the instrument, say that she quit. We were made to pay a fee for the bow. We went to Music and Arts instead. Never returning here.
