Rafael made the end-to-end process easy, from first meeting to site survey to racking delivery and installation, he and his team were professional, easy to work with, and did a fabulous installation for us. Pricing was very reasonable. There was no problem in returning excess racking because I had accidentally overbought uprights and beams. Service that went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

Pacific western had a great variety of new and used pallet racks. They have great quality used an amazing prices and Brand new racks at fair pricing as well. He also gave me great advice on the way to set it up. They are a high-class business that is concerned with how much you were spending and how well your warehouse can be set up. From now on I definitely would only go to them for any type of warehouse shelving, including the protectors for the bottom of the shelves to protect from forklifts. They also distribute Weber grills. He has a good selection in stock.
