  My wife and I were introduced to this law firm through friends to handle a car crash we were involved in. Tien Nguyen has been practicing law for more than a decade and the experience shows in how he handled our case. He is supportive in giving the facts and maintaining integrity without getting things skewed because of personal feelings. He takes the time to explain in detail the different possibilities and outcomes of each case and ensures proper procedures are followed. He is friendly, frank and honest and is a reasonable person to work with. He always thinks of what is best for the client and provides all the information needed for the client to make the decision on how they want to move forward. He also encouraged us to take care of ourselves first and ensure any needs that we have were taken care of before the case moved forward. His assistant(s) is/are competent and friendly. They handle the front end work and gather information requested by Mr. Nguyen. They were all a pleasure to work with and helped us stay connected with our case. There are three languages spoken in this office (that I know of): English, Vietnamese, and Korean. I would recommend Tien's practice and Pacific Prime Law Group for those who are looking for legal representation involving personal injury. He handles other cases as well, from what I understand, but he managed our personal injury case very well. On a side note, he also works as a part time judge in King County, adding to his experience and reputation as one entrusted to handle matters of the law.
