  Huge shout out to the ladies at Benjamin Moore in Ladysmith. Recently had a tenant/roommate who managed to do enough damage in a mere six months that my friends, family and I have dubbed her the “piggy roommate from hell”. Nuff said, but wanted to give a little background. The BJ ladies went way above and beyond researching mitigation/repair processes for challenges like the stains (dark hair dye?) slopped around walls and floor, greasy hand and finger prints on doors, severe water stains on her private bathroom walls/trim (apparently turning on bathroom fan switch far beyond her capacity), dings, scrapes and scratches – and so on. Thanks to these talented ladies and the great Benjamin Moore products - and a few months of elbow grease when I could find time to work on things - my home is once again pristine and pleasant. Oinker vibes all gone. I am so grateful for all the help and advice from this terrific business – we are lucky to have such a great resource in our little town. If you are planning any painting projects, highly recommend these folks/products.
