It was very easy to make an appointment and they were able to get us on the schedule rather quickly. They said the tech would let us know when they were on the way to the appointment. Although that did not happen, they still came out and sprayed that day. Unfortunately we noticed we still have have many spiders in the home a week later. They were nice enough to get us back on the books and come out for a second spray free of charge. However, the tech did not let us know when they were arriving nor when they had left, if I weren't home to see them physically there I'd have no indication otherwise. They also did not spray the interior of the home which we were having the biggest issue with and our top priority. We are still having massive spiders in our basement after two sprays, I'd rather burn a hundred on other things
