  Jerry was our service technician for our troubling, residential ice maker today. We couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. He is an expert in his craft - he diagnosed the problem and provided us a solution. He was also friendly, informative, and patient with my wife and I as we asked him many questions about the upkeep and cleaning of the ice maker.
