  Today was my annual pre-winter HVAC check-up. I have a maintenance contract with P.K Wadsworth, so they called to remind me and I got scheduled right away. Ethan, my tech, was punctual, polite, patient and very knowledgeable about my HVAC unit. He checked everything out and made a couple recommendations based on his experience. In addition to the check-up, I also had a surge protector installed and some internal cleaning done. During the entire process, Ethan was great at explaining things and sharing why he recommended each action. I’d recommend P.K. Wadsworth to anyone looking for HVAC service or repairs - and ask for Ethan! 10/10.

  Charles Mosley was very polite and clearly described our options in correcting our sump pump problems. Our project required that he return the following day to install a new pump which he was able to do efficiently. He left the area in good order. Charles was most cordial throughout his time in our home. I am glad to recommend his work.

  Mike did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my furnace problem. Rather than making assumptions regarding the problem, he took a very systematic approach and eliminated several possible causes until he discovered the actual reason my furnace was not working. Repairs required not parts, so for a basic service charge the furnace is now working properly. Mike was very personable and did not mind me looking over his shoulder and was happy to explain what he was doing. No problem in giving a five star rating.

  Derek has serviced my HVAC system a couple of times now, and I’ve been consistently impressed with his professionalism and personable attitude. He always arrives on time, works efficiently, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. During his most recent visit, he discovered a small issue and provided a very thorough explanation along with practical options to address it—no pressure, just honest advice. It’s great to have someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy taking care of my system. Highly recommend Derek and the company for their excellent service!

  When we got the diagnosis for our furnace was in end of life, we called around to get second opinions. We first got a quote from Ron Jonas and asked if they’d also do our water heater at the same time. PK quickly got back to us with a quote and a time for repair. The head of office did a great job communicating the time of arrival and on repair day Clarence Walker and his team from P.K. Wadsworth were fantastic to work with. Clarence was first on the site and was personable, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the visit. He and the two other techs took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the work was done right. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable they all were (it made the whole experience stress-free) and gave us a lot of confidence in choosing P.K. Wadsworth. Because of Clarence and his team, we definitely plan to continue using their services in the future. Highly recommend them!
