  I wish i could give Wanda all the stars in the sky; she is the very best that i have met. My property was sold in 1 day and closing with a lender involved in under a month. Without a realtor like Wanda that is impossible… she is on top of everything. Thanks Wanda!!!

  This was my first time ever to sell a house. Wanda was very professional, knowledgeable, and guided me through the process with ease. I was worried that this was going to be a complex process especially since I was selling this house remotely from 1,500 miles away. I listened to her recommendations, and she kept me informed at every step. The house sold faster than I thought it would and at a price that I was happy with. Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome and recommend Wanda and Ozment Reality for any real estate needs you may have.

  Wanda Davis' professionalism and expertise made a difficult family situation (having to sell our mother's long time home) into an easy transaction. Her suggestions regarding the listing (turnkey) and asking price were spot on; we quickly realized a viable offer and closed on time. Her communication was timely and accurate.   Given the stressful times that we are in today, Wanda Davis made the selling of the family home (our mother’s home) the least stressful thing that we had to do. She handled every aspect of this transaction for us, kept us well informed, and even enabled us to have a virtual closing. (Since we don’t live in the area and work in healthcare, making travel impossible at this time.) We could not be happier with the overall experience. She is a true professional.
