The food taste is acceptable and affordable; however, the service is barely acceptable, the host is unfriendly, and the waiting time to be served longer than usual. Also, the restaurant is in a second floor while it is called “sky terrace”, if you are trapped by the name only it is a little bit disappointing when you realize of the limited view you got once you are already there

Our waitress Grace was so kind and patient with us. She really made the dining experience so much fun. The sushi was awesome and so was the pasta.

Hostess does stay at front. When they text your your table is ready they don't acknowledge you. Then they walk you by 3 empty tables before seating you. Then you order water and until you make eye contract with waitress she finally gets it. Then sills the water on your table and never cleans it up. I used my napkin to clean it up. During the rest of the service she never acknowledged the spill. I had to ask the different server who brought us our bread for a fresh napkin. Food was good. The chefs did their job right. Will not return or recommend.

Love love love the sushi and sushi bar here. Although I would not recommend the Creme Brulee. It's really weird. Tastes weird. Made weird. Other than that this place is amazing

I went to this highly-rated sushi restaurant, expecting an amazing dining experience. Instead, I encountered an overpriced disaster with service so slow that I felt like I had fallen into a time warp. The three of us were seated at the bar, right in front of a young male sushi chef who seemed tired and uninviting. We received our first orders slowly and finished them quickly, so we decided to order more. Again, it took a long time to get our food. We tried to be understanding, especially since he was only serving us compared to the other sushi chefs that night. Throughout our visit, we received only four sushi items. Then, an elderly gentleman joined us with his grandson. We all kept waiting, and thankfully, a female chef noticed our disappointment and asked the male chef if he was okay. He muttered, "Yeah, I'm doing fine." At that point, I felt compelled to speak up because the waiting time was becoming ridiculous. We were grateful when the female sushi chef stepped in and promptly brought us all our orders, even while serving her other customers. After finishing our sushi, we ordered ice cream desserts and requested the bill so we could leave. However, we had to flag down our waiter after waiting for 20 minutes. To our dismay, he replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot!" I don't want to sound overly dramatic about this experience, but it was the most awful experience we've had in Reno and Sparks. We will not be returning again.
