  Recently went here with my family. It was such a cute and cozy place. Our service was great and the food was better! We all tried something different! The pancakes are so good and I love all the different options!!! Gotta come back for the Oreo pancake!!!

  I eat here often as well as picking up food to go. The staff are helpful and eager to provide great service. The good is made to order so deliciously fresh. My recommendations are of course any package and the hashbrowns.

  First time at this location and unfortunately it wasn't the best, the food was just okay, the waitress and bus boy were really nice but the manager was less then to be desired. She came out with the plates and immediately said "sorry but these plates are hot so take it" the plates weren't even that hot but even if they were she could've been a bit nicer about it and was rushing us to take our plates. I also do think that they should've made it more clear that they consider a party of 6 to be a large party and that they charge a tip no matter what even if there are separate checks, some people were still charged the large party fee while only paying for 2 and so on, not fair tbh since there were no signs stating that they charge that for any party over 5 people, not even on the menu. Unfortunately the best thing was the cold brew but that was it. Probably will never come back to this location as the Buford one is way better and more worth my time and money

  I am very disappointed in this location, our waitress was nice. BUT the manager who served us was VERY RUDE, she gave us our food and telling us how HOT the plate was and just hands it to us, which the plates were not hot at all. She told us here is your food and shoves it in our faces. There was 6 of us but I myself paid for only 4 people, when I got my bill they added a 20% tip to my bill and when I spoke to the manager she told me that it's how they do things there and it's how the owner Allie and Adam Jeffe run their restaurant. Which is ridiculous, my family and I did not get great customer service at all. The customer service we received today was not worth the 20% tip that the Manager added because she said we were a large group, again paying for 4 people is not a large group. She refuse to take the tip off, she refuse to give great service. I will not be coming back to this location, also they did have a health score of 88, which should have told me to stay away, I drove an hour for this place and got ripped off at the end of it all. Just FYI they did not have signs anywhere stating that they add a 20% tip!

  Breakfast at Oy! was nothing short of amazing! The first thing that stands out are the gigantic portions – they definitely don’t skimp here. Our food came out in less than five minutes, piping hot and clearly made to order, which was so impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The pancakes were huge and absolutely delicious – fluffy, flavorful, and perfect. I had the Cajun omelette along with a bacon pancake, and both were outstanding. By the time I left, I was completely full and completely satisfied. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that serves amazing food in generous portions with fast and friendly service, Oy! is the place to go!
