  Big thanks to Josh and the Ground Masters team! Had them grind out a hard maple stump! Looked simple at first, but the job turned south in a hurry once Josh got into it. The root flare was massive, and the wood was dense. Josh stuck with it for hours and got it done right. They hauled away all the chips, brought in black dirt, and left the yard clean and level. I even asked if I owed more — “Nope,” he said. “It is what it is.” Then after all that, he still asked if it looked deep enough. Honor and integrity are rare these days! Josh and the Ground Masters team have both. Highly recommend.

  Spoke with them in February about ash border treatment for 2 ash trees left several messages with Chad no response. Called in April again no response, called again in May and Chad said he would be here on May 27th day after Memorial day at 8 am no show no call . I would not recommend this company at least he could have done was to call ans say he was not interested in the job but having a company and not responding to customers is not good business especially making appointments and not calling or showing up

  Everyone from the time I called to inquire to the folks that came and sprayed for the mosquitoes were very friendly and professional.
