They have a great staff that is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was given an estimate as to what it might cost to repair my ebike, and a timeline. Not once did I have to call them to get updates. They kept me updated every step of the way. When they realized it was going to take a little longer than expected, they let me know and they told me it was going to cost less than originally estimated. Of course, that made me very happy. I'll definitely be back!
