  "I’ve lost all trust in TOD's, a so-called high-end brand, after two bad experiences at their Las Vegas store. Both times, the bags I bought had quality issues. The first bag’s snap button broke soon after I got it. They replaced it quickly, so I bought another bag. But the second bag’s handle broke after a few uses due to a detached part. When I returned it, they said it was discontinued, with no replacement available. I asked for a repair, but after six months, they said the manufacturer didn’t respond, and there were no parts to fix it. They offered a store credit for the original price, but why would I buy another unreliable product? I’m done with TOD's and won’t spend another dollar on them. I hope others see this as a warning."

  The sales associates here were incredibly rude. We visited this shop on the 29th of August in the evening. When saying hi, none of the 2 associates greeted us other than with nasty looks. As a client, coming into a empty shop without any other clients, it is outrageous to not be greeted back, see the staff on their phones and receive unwelcoming looks.
