- JCJasmin CAug 23, 20251.0This store seems ALWAYS has a live steaming person sitting at the center of the store and keeping a lot of shoes for her own presentation. The store staff serves her as priority and ignores other walk-in customers.
- GLGloria LiuAug 21, 20251.0This was the most unprofessional luxury store experience I’ve ever had. The staff here basically turned the boutique into a stage for a sales live-streamer. She was pointing her phone at my feet without permission just to sell products online — a disgusting invasion of privacy. On top of that, she hoarded almost all the shoes for her show, leaving paying customers with nothing to try on. The sales associates ignored real shoppers and acted like assistants to the streamer. What kind of “luxury service” is this? Shameful and completely unacceptable.

Definitely recommend this location. Great staff and super beautiful shoes.
