  Very professional and honest people. Terri was awesome with her knowledge and communication skills. I called on Monday evening and had a technician came out on Tuesday afternoon. Chris was very professional, very honest and very knowledgeable had me up and running in minutes. Thank you all for your honesty and your Dependable service. If y'all have Spa problems these are the people to talk to in Sevierville and surrounding areas

  They worked with us around a doctors appointment which was much appreciated. They installed our Swim Spa cover valet easily. Very happy with the installation. Will use them again anytime and recommend them too.

  Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough great things about Outdoor Spas in Sevierville. This is truly a top-notch, family-run business that goes above and beyond for their customers. I had worked with their repair department in the past and was impressed then, but this most recent experience really solidified my trust in them. When my 20+ year old hot tub started acting up, I called them out for a repair. They spent days diligently trying to track down the parts to fix it—even though it was an older model, they gave it every effort. Unfortunately, the parts were no longer available. But they didn’t just leave me hanging—they helped me find a brand-new tub at a great price, and had it delivered within a week! Now, our cabin is on top of a mountain with a LOT of stairs. I was worried delivery would be a nightmare—but their crew was incredible. They got the old tub out and the new one in quickly and efficiently. They had everything up and running in no time, and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The delivery guys were professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. If you're in need of hot tub repairs or looking to purchase a new one, I highly recommend Outdoor Spas. Their customer service, integrity, and dedication are truly impressive!
