They really went out of their way and helped me out a lot. Can't get that online, very glad to have a local shop.

Great idea until I, conveniently, got a flat in Hutch AND I forgot an extra tube. I quickly googled bike shops and found this gem. The owner literally gave me the tube from his pack and fixed my tire. 10/10 - excellent customer service!
