Vision has time and again demonstrated a genuine concern for delivering on its goal of quality healthcare in the home. The vexing issue with most agency-driven care is the ironic delegation of responsibility for care away from the agency and caregiver to the patient’s family. My experience with Vision runs counter to this. Across the board, from its care-coordinators to its Director of Clinical Services, from its Chief Business Development Officer to its President and CEO, everyone has continuously taken a personal stake in my care.
