  I needed a reroof for a property in Naples with a pending sale, and I live out of state. I got quotes from a few companies but had the best interaction, response time, and felt the most comfortable moving forward with Otero Construction. They were communicative throughout the process, went above and beyond when the permits took longer than expected, and worked over a holiday weekend to meet a closing date! Their work is impeccable. Everything you'd hope for in a construction company; integrity, follow through, communication, hard work, and craftsmanship. I highly recommend their services.

  Tom and Carla were awesome to work with during the remodeling of our master bathroom. All work was done in a timely manner and they were neat, courteous and considerate of our home. Tom and Carla are down to earth, hardworking and personable people. An absolute joy working with Otero Construction. We're already planning to have them back to remodel our second bathroom. Excellent workmanship. We are more than pleased with our new bathroom! Cannot say enough good things about them.

  Otero Construction LLC did a wonderful job today at my home repairing a significant roof leak and the damage it caused to my garage ceiling. From my initial call to this family-owned, local business of Tom and Carla Otero, I was met with professionalism, promptness, kindness, a fair price, and great communications. The crew doing the work today was wonderful as well, and I’m so pleased. I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate what they did for me and the manner in which they did it — thank you!
