  Very busy today with their buying event. The ladies out front were personable and helpful. However, the gentleman who went through my precious jewelry was rude. Even yawned in my face without saying excuse me?? He made a remark because I brought a couple of Mickey Mouse watches because I thought it was pictured on the flyer I received in the mail. Got very little for the pieces he chose. Very sorry I went there to do this and will never go there again for any reason. In response to the reply, The rudeness and disrespectful attitude were more upsetting than their offer. You should be more careful who you have in your place of business representing you.

  I want to say first off that I have no complaints about the jeweler himself or the brunette woman who assisted me upon dropping my rings off. My rings are beautiful and I have no complaints he did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde woman who works the counter here is not very pleasant. The day I entered to have my rings looked at she looked passed me and assisted a nicely dressed woman first. Then I was helped by a very nice woman instead. I called after almost 3 weeks and was told that a phone call was made to let me know they were ready for pick up, okay no big deal I didn't receive the call. I was just happy I could pick them up. Upon going to pick up my rings the older blonde woman condescendingly tells me she called me "like 10 times" I stated I did not receive any phone calls at all. She acted surprised by this. Then she proceeds to give me my rings, and pulls out a receipt that was very clearly once crumpled up then flattened out again and says "& here's your receipt that you never got". Then she tells me to have a nice weekend. I appreciate the repair of my jewelry and those who were pleasant but I did not appreciate the tone of this woman.
