Captain Greg Burnett, a Panama City native, has 30 years experience navigating the Gulf and St. Andrews Bay. He has witnessed more than his fair share of nature’s miracles aboard his Carolina Skiff. He once saw a dolphin give birth and nuzzle her calf up to the surface of the water to take its first breath. Within seconds momma and baby were rolling on top of the waves like dolphins do. Osprey Charters, Inc. is located at Bay Point Marina and provides an up-close experience of Panama City's beautiful bay waters and coastal beaches. Come aboard the "Osprey II" and enjoy your own personalized tour dolphin watching, snorkeling, and sightseeing on and around Shell Island aboard a 25' Carolina skiff that can host up to 12 passengers. The skiff has been USCG licensed and inspected. Spend a beautiful day with family and friends, exploring, playing, and just taking it all in.

Best of the best!!! Our family’s all-time FAV for almost a decade! Captain Greg treats us to an epic adventure every year. He knows all the cool spots, finds all the interesting critters, and is just a good human!

We had such a fun time, and Captain Greg was awesome! We saw some dolphins, and a starfish and were able to visit a really beautiful beach. Captain Greg was super patient, and we had a great time, highly recommend!!

This was the highlight of our vacation. Captain Greg was so knowledgeable and took us to some amazing locations for snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, sharks, and lots of dolphins. The kids really enjoyed all the hermit crabs.

Greg was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and laid back. The trip went smoothly and he even allowed me to propose while on board. He played along and captured the moment for us. Highly recommended and will absolutely use him again when we are in town.
