How much does health insurance cost?
The biggest factor is your income. Most people qualify for tax credits that discount your price. They also look at your household size, and where you live. We help you calculate all this.
What income counts for the tax credits?
We help you estimate your current year's household income. Not what you made in the past. You provide an estimate and receive a tax credit accordingly. The tax credits are then reconciled with your final income on the tax return later. The specific metric is called the Modified Adjusted Gross Income.
Which plan is best for me?
We’ll talk about your healthcare needs, as well as look up doctors and prescriptions with you. Again, income is a big factor. At lower income levels you get enhanced benefits on Silver plans.
