  Visited this store hoping to browse beds. I spent **a full 20 minutes** walking around, testing different mattresses, and clearly looking for assistance. **Not a single staff member approached me or even acknowledged my presence.** Despite seeing employees elsewhere in the store, I was completely ignored. There was no offer to help, answer questions, or even just check if I needed anything. After wasting my time trying to get someone's attention, I gave up and walked out. Completely unacceptable customer service. If you can't be bothered to help potential customers actually looking at your products, you don't deserve their business. **Save your time and shop elsewhere.**
