  I was in shock with the kind, generous, diligent, and selfless way on which the gentleman helped us in our dire situation. This past October 14!! We. Had just arrived on town to temporarily give care for our loved one, who was being discharged from the hospital on that same day, and we needed an inexpensive queen mattress immediately. He knew that Walmart had "mattresses in a box" that I could pick up today, since they did not have that. I sure didn't know, so he made a phone all, and jotted down all the info for me. We got it! Problem solved! I forgot to write down his name, Trey? Yared? Sorry! But he's the best!

  The company is privately owned & manufacture their own mattresses since 1957 right here in Arizona. You can get a quality mattress without having to pay for the commercials of the reseller that talks about meeting the price or your mattress is free and charges 20% restocking fee. At ORTHO you have 100 days to try your mattress, if you don’t like it, your exchange is FREE!!! Be CAREFUL when you shop at any furniture store for a mattress, once it’s in your home there is no returns or exchanges!! At ORTHO the customer service is AMAZING !! Very knowledgeable, polite, welcoming without being pushy. They truly care about YOU!! Your health issues whether you have lower back pain or arthritis or just want a good, comfortable mattress & a relaxing, rejuvenating sleep. They are not just trying to get the sell today , deliver, than once it’s in your home. They don’t know you. Because they skipped over the nonexistent return policy. Or the expensive restocking fee. Personally I had an AMAZING experience.
