  Orland Builders rebuilt our home and John was our point of contact. I can’t imagine the industry has better representation than this company. It’s a long process and John kept us informed during every phase as chaotic as that process can be. The work was top tier and most importantly completed on time. These guys are honest and transparent. We’ve got nothing but high praise for Orland builders, John and the work that their entire team were responsible for. Thanks, John!   Orland Builders did a great job restoring our basement after water damage. John Savio kept us informed throughout, the work was done well, and completed on schedule and budget. A great experience!

  Juan and his team have been fantastic. Couldn't recommend him enough. He and his team are timely. communicate better than any company I've worked with in this industry and are just overall great with special requests and anything needed. I have a rental unit and, unfortunately a tenant above, flooded the building. And my AC went out during this time and needed to be replaced. He knows someone for anyone home need you need. I can't recommend Juan, his workers, and the company enough. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

  Orland Builders inc. did a fantastic job with our renovation to prep our condo for sale in Woodridge! From start to finish, working with JuanJose made the process easy as he kept us honest, informed, and very happy throughout the project. Would recommend using them for any home improvement projects that you have!

  Let me begin, 100 % recommended!!!!!! When I say they are awesome that’s an understatement!!!!!! We’ve had one hell of a year!!!! Starting with unbelievable medical situations with my husband, on Super Bowl Sunday I wanted to cheer him up and invited some friends and family for a party! Who knew that would be the beginning of the house flooding from one itty bitty little toilet 🤣. Started in the master bath about 1:00 am when our daughter said she was being flooded in the basement. It was raining through the kitchen lights, through the vents, down the walls in the kitchen and sliding back door , ruined all of our hardwood floors, on the second floor flooded the 2 bathrooms, the hallways and bedrooms. Insurance declared total loss. Enter John Savio and Jose and his team !!!!! God was watching over us sending them. As if this all wasn’t enough my brother passed, our Horse passed and I was having a hip surgery, we had to move into a rental while they made the magic happen. John and Jose guided us through the remodel and handled everything for us. We had so much to deal with I gave him my home and we left. He gave me daily updates, walked us through doing the Insurance claim, and worked with them every step of the way ! I was so overwhelmed with everything John and Jose helped me rebuild our life ! They were able to repair everything in a 2 month timeframe. People I had spoken with about estimates were saying six months ! That was not acceptable!!!!! The entire house packed, moved to storage, all repairs completed, Contents of the house moved back, UNBELIEVABLE in 2 months !!!! I am so thankful for these guys I don’t have the words !!! Not only did we get a new house we also made new friends !
