Most importantly, he fix my garage door and now it works smoothly again. The previous person who worked on the door lied, it did not work when he left and charged a high price for a sloppy job Now, I realize he was setting me up to pay the high price again on a second visit...it was a scheme. Don't use a company that sends the job to subscribers. Use a company like Original Triad Door who has long-time experienced employees. You will not be disappointed with Noah at Original Triad Door. He was clear in his explanation of what he would do, what the price would be dependent on further inspection, and he fixed the problem. He suggested we consider replacing the spring. Andres was courteous and knowledgeable. He represented Original Triad Door very well. We will be repeat customers for any future garage door problems.

We had previously gotten an estimate from them to replace our existing garage doors, but our insurance forced us to go with Home Depot. They had their installers that made me feel like I was crazy, and that everything was installed correctly and I wanted a black door so I’m just going to have to deal with it. Thomas came out and fixed everything that they messed up/didn’t do when they installed them. Our doors are so quiet now and everything is so perfect. I am so happy that I almost hugged him. I will be going with Original Triad Door for all of our needs going forward. They are very kind and understanding along with being very professional and thorough.
