  I would strongly caution anyone against using this company. Last night I was locked out of my apartment and called them for help. The locksmith who showed up was very difficult to understand and immediately insisted the only option was to drill out my standard doorknob lock. He didn’t even attempt to pick it, and when I asked why he couldn’t just pick the lock, he said drilling was the only option. The price he quoted was $275 to destroy my lock. I refused and told him I could do it myself if that was truly the case. He then charged me a $50 “inconvenience fee” for showing up, despite not doing any real work. I called another locksmith afterward, and they picked the same lock in under two minutes without any damage. This company tried to overcharge me for unnecessary work and left me feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the money and frustration—call someone else.
