  Ordine's installed (4) 10 ton and fixed my 20 ton they were greeted with all types of surprises on the job but did no leave until the job was done. Anthony was my POC and he was great at communicating all the changes that were needed to get us up and running as soon as possible!

  Ordine's Air went above and beyond for us! From start to finish, their team kept us updated every step of the way and truly made us feel taken care of. We had an issue with a two-year-old AC system, and they fought hard with the manufacturer to get the necessary parts covered under warranty — and they succeeded! Their communication and responsiveness were absolutely top-notch. It’s rare these days to find a company that is this dedicated to their customers and willing to go to bat for them. We are so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and truly amazing AC company.

  Anthony was so respectful and honest. My concern ended up just being the fan, but he said the motor was good and the fan didn’t need replacing. I so appreciate the quick service call and his professionalism. Next time I have an issue, I’ll be sure to call Ordines.
