  Called Optimus for a second opinion for a leak in our roof. (I wish I remembered his name) I think he was their foreman came out the very next day. We showed him where the leak was occurring in our house and explained that the previous guy who came out (That is a whole different story) told us that everything was damaged and the whole section of our roof was dead and needed to be replaced for a whopping 10k. He hopped on the roof and did his inspections and assured us that almost none of that was true, Our Chimney flashing wasnt seal or properly nailed down. He assured me that the roof had many years of life left and that he see's this issue all the time. He quoted us a fair reasonable price and said he could take care of it on the spot if we wanted. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Once done he showed us before and after pictures, explained what he did and even let us know a good price range for our size roof if we wanted to pay some one to get it cleaned/moss removal while also assuring us that it was simple enough to do ourselves if we felt up to it. Im glad my roof is not leaking right before winter, I am super glad I didnt spend 10k for no reason. We will be calling them again if anything roofing pops up in the future.

  Excelllent workmanship plus reasonable prices. We have had numerous buildings, including a large barn, reroofed with metal. Arnie (owner) is very accurate on measurements. He is responsive regarding questions about the process. His office manager is always friendly and also responsive to any issues we have .His roofing crew was incredibly neat, cleaning up all debris and removing it. They put in 12 hour days, in the sun, and were always working. It was a pleasure to work with this company. Nancy Woodworth Yamhill, Oregon

  We started the project in mid-September. Complete reside of the existing plus a fresh coat of paint. The existing T1-11 was 25+ years old. Got the residing done in the fall but then the standard California mist (it missed Cal) set in for the winter. So, the siding was complete, and the house was weathertight. We decided to hold off on the paint until spring when it hopefully dried out a little and warmed up. Mid-April and things were looking good. The paint crew showed up on Saturday morning and pressure washed the house. We noticed a damaged barge rafter after the pressure wash and scrapping. Tuesday it was go for the gold. The carpenters were back to replace the barge rafter, the painters masked everything off and went to work. Base color was done on a long Tuesday. Wednesday they finished the trim and everything was complete. Everything cleaned up and ship shape. Arnulfo, Carlos, Saul, and the entire crew were great to work with. They answered every stupid question we had. They worked efficiently and quickly and did truly fine work. Our thanks to them, SALUD. You deserve a Cerveza. M&M Alan Halstead
