Kenny (Technician) was prompt, knowledgeable and very proficient in repairing my Ramsey 1000 Gate Opener. I heard that “Open & Shut” was a good “Gate Repair” Company, better than that, I give them the “Holy-Grail-Rating” of “Bullet-Proof Team”! 🤙🏼👍

Office staff was very friendly when I called for an appointment, technician was prompt in his arrival time, friendly and efficient. He had to go back to their shop to get a circuit board, but returned the same day. He completed the needed repairs, reset and tested the system to make sure that everything was working properly. I was very pleased with the service I received and feel that the charges were fair. Thank you ! I would definitely recommend them.
