  Move in couldn’t have went any smoother. Elia squeezed me in for a same day tour and within 2 days i was approved and moved in! She was amazing the whole process, ensuring my satisfaction and answering any questions i had. I’m beyond thankful to have found Onyx183 and even more grateful to have been greeted and directed by Elia! She welcomed me into the community and i am excited for my future here!

  THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!!!! I love living here. The staff, the community and the property are amazing and I have never been treated more courteously in an apartment that I have lived in. Maintenance is fast and detailed. You should rent here!

  Hello. I’ve been on this property for a few seasons now and I must say that I’m impressed! The staff goes out of their way to make me smile. Should u run into any issues it’s fixed right away! The assistant manager and manager are top notch! Very understanding and knowledgeable! I see myself here for a couple more lease terms bc I feel like I’m finally home. Thank you, Onyx!

  I just signed a lease for a two bedroom apartment at Onyx 183, and I had the most pleasant experience from touring to signing my lease. Elia, my leasing agent, and Daisy, the property manager, were very kind, competent and responsive to my many questions. For the last couple of years, I have lived in a apartment property that changed ownership about five times, and there was always a lack of communication and follow-up from the staff. My first impression from the Onyx 183 staff is a group of people who will do their utmost to communicate and offer solutions if problems arise. I'll update this review later once I move in and whenever I move out to conclude my judgement. So far, I am very excited to move into my new apartment in a month.
