  Great experience with Nancy at Onofrio's. She understood how hard it is to pick a headstone for a loved one that makes everything so final. She ensured me that my mothers headstone would be in place before winter set in and I received an email today saying it is on her site! Great service. Id have to say that my only complaint would be their "proofing" of the Headstone. There are many new computer applications that could enhance the visual of the proof better than that that was provide. Thank you Nancy.

  I recently had two separate dealings with Ann at Onofrio's. The first was due to changes my mother wanted to make to a grave stone my father had selected for a family grave. After my father's death and as time passed, the stone's appearance began to bother my mother. Ann assisted my mother and suggested that another stone be placed under the original thereby lifting the profile of the stone. The result very much pleased my mother. My mother then passed away and Ann was very helpful in getting the stone removed, the new engraving completed and the stone re-installed. The attention to detail and the prompt service made the process that much less stressful for our family. Thank you to Ann and thank you to the entire team at Onofrio's!

  I recently had to deal with Eternal Monuments twice, in order to have markers placed at the graves of deceased family members. In both cases, they were very compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. They listened to our family's questions, needs and issues, and responded quickly and accurately to address our requests. Thank you for the efforts during these trying times.
