  We walked in there looking for one more thing to buy for our new home thinking we had all our decisions made BUT Gail help make our buying experience so much better advising us that everything else we were going to purchase from other stores they were able to get for us and more. One stop shopping is something a new home buyer wants to hear ! She really took her time to listen and help bring our rooms to life.

  110 furniture is a great store to buy quality made furniture. They offer a wide selection of well constructed furniture in competitive price ranges. Evan helped me find just the right dresser to complete my son’s bedroom. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and patiently answered all my questions.

  One Star is Too Generous – Avoid This Place Like the Plague If you’re considering buying furniture from this store, turn around and run. I have never experienced such a complete disaster of customer service in my life. What started as a simple order turned into a drawn-out nightmare of delays, excuses, and blatant disrespect. Let’s talk about the order: not only was it delayed multiple times without any proactive communication, but when I reached out for updates, I was met with radio silence. Calls went unreturned, and every attempt to get clarity was met with a new excuse — “It’s the factory’s fault,” “It’s the delivery company’s issue,” etc. Vicky, one of their salespeople, was particularly infuriating to deal with. Not only did she take zero accountability, she was outright condescending when I raised concerns. If you enjoy being talked down to while your money vanishes into a black hole of incompetence, she’s your gal. When the delivery finally showed up (well past the promised date), it was incomplete. Another excuse that I should know the mattress would come from the store where the bed did not? It's astonishing that a business can function with this level of disregard for basic professionalism. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration. There are plenty of furniture stores right across the street. Avoid at all costs.
